全国汽车标准化技术委员会专用汽车分技术委员会，系从事全国专用汽车标准化技术工作的组织，负责全国专用汽车领域的标准化技术归口工作，在工作上接受国家标准化管理委员会和全国汽车标准化技术委员会的指导和协调。
专标委的主要职能：制定和修订专用汽车国家标准和行业标准，组织专用汽车国家标准和行业标准送审稿的审查，负责提出专用汽车标准制修订计划，负责专用汽车国家标准和行业标准的宣贯和解释，帮助企业开展标准化等工作。

Under the leadership of the National Standardization Management Committee and the National Automobile Standardization Technical Committee, Special Purpose Vehicles Branch is the organization to undertake the work of the national special purpose vehicle standardization technology, and is responsible for the work of the national special purpose vehicle technical industry standardization technical centralization.
The main functions of the Branch are: formulating and revising special purpose vehicles’ national and industrial standards, organizing investigations of drafts about national and industrial standards, putting forward the formulating and revising plan of special purpose vehicles’ standards, responsible for the spread and interpretation of the automobile national and industrial standards, helping enterprises to carry out work related to standardization.
